Why settle for “normal” when optimal is an option.
Why Not Feel Great?
Most chronic diseases of our time are very preventable. The key pieces of the puzzle so often overlooked are when people shy away from checking to see where they are along the road or they don’t consider the results seriously enough. I have amalgamated my training in Integrative Medicine, Naturopathic Medicine, Osteopathy, Applied Kinesiology, and the Walsh Mental Health Approach in order to accurately identify the pieces of your health puzzle that are interfering with your life. By combining these disciplines I am able to assess key components of health and disease that would not be possible by any one discipline alone.
It is my sincere belief that when we take the time to truly care for ourselves we increase our capacity to care for others. It is a fact that when we are healthy we tend to be happier, we have more energy, we enjoy life more and we are able to share this joy with others more readily. It is because of this belief that I have so passionately dedicated the past 20 years to helping people achieve their optimal states of health.
Over the past decade I have noticed a shift in the trend that people didn’t seem as focused on living to the ripe old age of 100. They wanted to enjoy living their lives now and be unburdened by the challenges that poor health, low energy, weight gain, physical pain, stress and an array of hormonal imbalances have on their quality of life.
They wanted to experience life with family and friends, they wanted to travel and have new experiences, go for walks, play with their kids or grandkids. Many sought out conventional medicine and medications only to be disillusioned that it was not the answer to their chronic problems. The bottom line is that these people wanted a better quality of life yet their biggest obstacle was their current state of health.
Whether you are looking to recover from a specific ailment, decrease your susceptibility to chronic disease or improve your overall health and well-being I am excited to assist you in reaching all of your goals.
